We install a proper bonded waterproofing membrane in every wet area, flood-test shower pans before tile goes down, and vent fans to the outside rather than into the attic. These are not upgrades on our estimates; they are the baseline.
We sequence around you. In a single-bathroom home we stage the work so you are never without a usable shower for more than a defined window, agreed before we start.
