Recurring maintenance contracts and one-off repair calls for residential landlords, commercial owners and property managers. The point of a maintenance contract is that the roof gets inspected before the storm, not after it.
Each visit produces a short written report with photographs: what we checked, what we fixed, and what we recommend budgeting for in the next twelve months. That report is what lets you plan capital spending instead of reacting to it.
For urgent failures — an active leak, a failed water heater, storm damage — call the same number you already have. You will not be routed to a call centre.
