The challenge
The lease permitted noisy work only between 8pm and 6am, and the only service route to the unit ran through a shared lobby that stayed open to the public.
What we did
We split the crew into a night demolition shift and a day finishes shift, built a hoarded and negative-pressure corridor through the lobby, and reset it to retail-clean before opening every morning.
Outcome
Opened on the tenant’s announced launch date. Zero complaints logged by building management across sixteen weeks.
